Entry Requirements
This qualification targets learners aged 18 and above. There are no specific prior learning requirements, though achieving a Level 4 qualification is advantageous.
Assessment
Assessment is based on an internally assessed and externally moderated portfolio of evidence.
Module Structure
To achieve the NCFE Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership, learners must gain a minimum of 53 credits:
- 22 credits from Group A (mandatory)
- 23 credits from Group B (optional)
- Remaining credits from Group B or C
- At least 30 credits must be at Level 5 or above
